You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate supplier agreements, optimize costs, and ensure quality, delivery, and sustainability targets are met. We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional with strong negotiation and communication skills, ideally with experience in supply chain, sales, or related fields. How you'll make an impact

• Identify new suppliers in partnership with the relevant category team and qualify them in collaboration with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
• Negotiate agreements with key suppliers and periodically renew pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Adapt the corporate contractual framework to local business needs, recommend framework agreements to management, and execute approved arrangements.
• Process and evaluate bids to determine the best overall value.
• Support bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market intelligence.
• Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and lead times, and drive resolution of performance issues.
• Align supplier orders with customer requirements based on ERP, SOP, and project specifications, ensuring targets for quality, delivery, sustainability, and cost are achieved.
• Execute all Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities for goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain supplier data within the global supplier relationship management platform and ensure suppliers are appropriately qualified.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related function.
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Project Management experience is considered a plus.
• Strong English language proficiency and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
