Sr. Quality Engineer

How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify critical-to-quality components and assess risks using FMEA methodologies
- Partner with suppliers to strengthen process controls and prevent quality issues
- Lead resolution of supplier nonconformances and drive root cause solutions
- Execute Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure consistent quality
- Perform supplier audits and verify material compliance through inspections
- Monitor supplier performance and analyze quality data trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing and quality strategies
- Represent supplier insights to internal teams to improve specifications and outcomes
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering environments
- Experience in supplier quality or supplier development activities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, or root cause analysis
- Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Effective communication skills and ability to influence across stakeholders
