L'opportunité:
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'organisation, de la coordination et du suivi de l'ensemble des activités Qualité pendant l'exécution sur site, afin de garantir la satisfaction des attentes du client dans le périmètre de Hitachi Energy, pour les stations de conversion HVDC en Italie et à l'international. Cela inclut les travaux réalisés en interne ainsi que ceux effectués par nos sous-traitants et partenaires, selon les besoins du projet.
Votre impact:
- Examiner les exigences contractuelles et locales applicables à la qualité sur site ; revoir les plans qualité des sous-traitants afin de garantir leur alignement avec les Plans Qualité Projet et les exigences clients.
- Assurer la formation d'induction Qualité auprès du personnel du site.
- Veiller à la mise en œuvre complète et au suivi continu des processus de contrôle qualité ; s'assurer que les inspections et essais durant les phases de montage civil, mécanique et électrique ainsi que la mise en service sont réalisés, documentés, vérifiés et validés conformément au système de contrôle qualité.
- Garantir que le système d'achèvement, le système de gestion des écarts, le système NCR (Non-Conformance Report), le système CCRP et l'ensemble des outils Qualité sont pleinement déployés sur site, et que les utilisateurs sont correctement formés, avec le soutien du Responsable Achèvement.
- Assurer le suivi du système d'achèvement sur site, avec une vision globale de l'état des inspections, certifications et travaux en suspens, y compris la punch list.
- Fournir, lorsque requis, les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) Qualité aux parties prenantes.
- Participer aux audits qualité internes et fournisseurs conformément au programme d'audit Qualité Site.
- Surveiller la conformité des sous-traitants aux exigences Qualité et assurer le suivi des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire.
- Soutenir les processus de reporting CoQP sur site conformément aux processus HVDC.
Votre profil:
- Formation technique, en ingénierie ou en management de la qualité.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en qualité chantier, en opérations ou sur des projets EPC.
- Expérience avérée en gestion du changement et en pilotage de projets/programmes internes dans des organisations de grande envergure et complexes.
- Connaissance de la norme ISO 9001.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, orientation résultats, rapidité d'exécution, ouverture d'esprit et qualité d'écoute.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants : suite Microsoft, Excel, PIMS.
- Disponibilité pour une relocalisation de longue durée sur des sites de projets en France ou à l'étranger.

The opportunity :
The Site Quality Engineer (SQE) reports functionally to the Global Manager for Site Quality. During site execution, the SQE reports operationally to the Site Manager and the Project Quality Manager (PQM).
How you'll make an impact
Site Quality Planning
- Review contractual and local requirements applicable to site quality.
- Review lessons learned from previous projects and relevant project plans (e.g., SQP, SMP).
- Review Contractor Quality Plans to ensure alignment with Project Quality Plans and customer requirements.
- Identify and follow up on risks and mitigation actions, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure site quality expectations are fulfilled.
- Set up and train site personnel in the quality management system, including the completion system used on site.
Site Quality Execution
- Deliver Quality Induction training to site personnel.
- Execute and follow up on the Quality Plans, Master Test Plan, and the completion system for all site activities.
- Review quality documentation for correctness and completeness prior to approval (e.g., test certificates, checklists).
- Ensure that Quality Control Plans (ITP, ITR, etc.) and all erection documentation (drawings, procedures, etc.) provided by HVDC are effectively communicated to the site management team and contractors.
- Ensure that Quality Control processes are fully implemented and continuously monitored.
- Ensure that inspections and tests during civil, mechanical, electrical erection and commissioning activities are conducted, documented, checked, and validated as required by the quality control system.
- Support, when required, the organization and supervision of acceptance testing and/or approvals by customers, third parties, or governmental authorities.
- Ensure that the completion system, deviation system, NCR (Non-Conformance Report) system, CCRP system, and all other quality tools are fully deployed on site and that users are adequately trained (in collaboration with the Completion Manager).
- Ensure all testing and measuring equipment used on site is registered, calibrated, and supported by valid calibration certificates.
- Follow up on the completion system to maintain clear visibility of inspection status, certifications, and outstanding works, including punch lists.
- Provide site quality KPIs to stakeholders whenever required.
- Follow up on site inspections and support the management of punch-out items.
- Provide quality-related input to the site management team to support on-time and on-budget project execution.
- Support incoming inspection of goods delivered on site and report any deviations according to project requirements.
- Monitor handling and storage of delivered material and equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure subcontractors and their subcontractors correctly apply ITP/ITR requirements, including compliance with Hold Points and Witness Points.
- Ensure all site quality documentation is generated, updated, distributed, and archived according to the Management System and the completion system requirements.
- Support the deployment of the Site Quality Audit Program (internal audits and contractor audits).
- Participate in internal and contractor quality audits as defined in the audit program.
- Assist and coordinate any planned external site-related audits.
- Monitor contractor compliance with quality requirements and follow up on corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure adherence to and governance of the Quality Management System at site.
- Support CoQP reporting processes according to HVDC procedures.
- Contribute to identifying lessons learned.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, or quality management fields.
- 5+ years of construction site quality experience or operational quality experience.
- Experience in the power or energy industry.
- Proven ability in change management and in managing internal projects/programs within large and complex organizations.
- Experience in process management, ideally in project-based environments (energy, automation, or other quality-driven industries).
- Strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, efficiency in execution, openness, and active listening abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience with construction codes and standards.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
