Service Tender and Sales Engineer

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Tender and Sales Engineer to join our growing High Voltage Service organization in Spain and help develop tailored service solutions for our customers and installed base.

In this role, you will combine technical understanding with a commercial mindset, working on a wide variety of customer needs across the High Voltage service portfolio. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with different internal specialists, and develop technical and commercial proposals that respond to each customer's specific situation.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for High Voltage service opportunities, adapting solutions to specific customer requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other specialists to build the right service solution.
• Support opportunities throughout the tendering process, from initial requirements and cost analysis through proposal preparation and negotiation.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, solve challenges, and identify additional business opportunities.
• Contribute to pricing, commercial discussions, and contract reviews while ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives.
• Support the growth of the High Voltage Service business by developing competitive, practical, and value-driven solutions.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline; an Electrical Engineering background would be an advantage.
• Previous professional experience in an engineering, technical sales, tendering, service, or related environment; experience in the electrical industry is highly valued.
• Knowledge of High Voltage equipment, substations, or electrical services would be an advantage, although candidates from related technical environments are also welcome.
• Ability to understand technical requirements, navigate non-standard situations, and proactively find solutions by working with different stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with the communication skills and confidence to interact with customers and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with curiosity to learn and the ability to take ownership in a dynamic service environment.
