Service sales specialist

The opportunity:

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle-from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you'll make an impact:

1.You will conduct regular customer visits to develop service project opportunities, including extension, retrofit and strategic spare-parts business. You will actively support internal and external customers and collect customer feedback.
2.You will receive RFQs from end or internal customers, register them in SFDC, conduct RFQ assessments, and allocate support tasks to internal technical and commercial support teams.
3.You will maintain and update service-project pipeline information in SFDC to drive more accurate business forecasting.
4.You will analyse customer RFQs, initiate risk review processes where necessary, define technical solutions, and gather technical documentation and cost data from internal functional teams.
5. You will calculate bidding prices, set pricing strategies, prepare bid documents for submission, and follow up on customer negotiations and clarifications.
6.You will support contract signing and collaborate with the commercial team to register contracts in the SAP system.
7.You will hand over awarded contracts to the project delivery team and support project managers with customer communication throughout project execution.
8. You will practically apply digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution:
• Utilise service systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, along with productivity tools such as Copilot, to improve customer support and operational follow-up.
• Leverage digital tools, such as Power BI dashboards, or AI-enabled productivity solutions where relevant, to support service quality, communication, and process efficiency.
9. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

1.Bachelor and above. Preferred major in mechanical/electrical engineering and related.
2.Over five years sales/sales support experience, and good knowledge about DISC products.
3.Fluent English skills in written, oral and reading.
4.Good communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.
5.Good team player.
6.Like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
