Senior Project Manager

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in managing the full project lifecycle-from planning to execution-ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Hitachi Energy's quality and safety standards.

How you'll make an impact

• Planning, executing, and monitoring service projects (installation, maintenance, upgrades, retrofits).
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including field engineers, supply chain, and finance.
• Communicating with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Managing project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Controlling project budget and ensuring profitability.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
