Senior Project Manager
The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager (Remote) to lead large-scale projects within our Network Control business across the Americas. How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to create a positive experience.
- Oversee financial performance and resource planning for optimal efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and successful.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize value for Hitachi Energy.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer-focused culture.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
- 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale commercial projects.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of power systems and market management systems.
- Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) required.
- 10% travel
- Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with mission-critical software solutions is a plus.
