  • Drive operational performance against established service, quality, productivity, compliance, and cost metrics.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Business Unit leaders, SCM managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, standardization, Lean methodologies, and operational excellence practices.
  • Lead performance governance through regular business reviews, KPI monitoring, escalation management, and corrective action planning.
  • Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity and compliance.
  • Support workforce planning, resource allocation, capability development, and succession planning to meet current and future business demands.
  • Champion digital transformation by leveraging automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across teams.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through effective use of operational analytics and business insights.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance requirements, internal controls, and supply chain governance standards.

  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Experience working within shared services, global business services, or centralized operations models.
  • Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams and developing people leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence, Lean methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and process optimization.
  • Experience managing service delivery through KPI governance, performance dashboards, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of risk management, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks within supply chain operations.
