We are looking for a strong personality as a Sales Specialist for our Power Quality products as well as for our Grid Component product range. You act as the contact person for the customer and the factories and are actively responsible for order acquisition. You will attract new customers through targeted and efficient marketing activities. Your aim is to work closely with customers in the Polish market, build up customer contacts in the power quality sector and acquire orders accordingly. You will also understand project-specific customer requirements and prepare a technical and commercial offer for power quality products and other grid components, including cost calculations. Your technical expertise in electrical engineering comes into play when advising customers and preparing technical quotations. You use your communication and mediation skills in dialog with the international factories and in supporting the sales department in negotiating offers. Once the order has been placed, you will also ensure that the order volume is delivered to the customer on time and in accordance with customer specifications. Tasks
- You act as the contact person for the customer and the factories and are actively responsible for order acquisition.
- You ensure new customers through targeted and efficient marketing activities.
- You will work closely with customers in the Denmark market, maintain customer contact and build long-term loyalty to Hitachi Energy by solving specific customer needs and problems.
- You understand the project-specific customer requirements and prepare a technical and commercial offer for power quality products and components
- You support the sales team in negotiating, clarifying and commenting on technical customer requirements and issues
- They identify and evaluate technical and commercial project risks, discuss technical project requirements with the plants and ensure that these are taken into account in the technical offer.
- You act as a point of contact for the customer and the factories during delivery
- You track the progress of the project at the time of product delivery
Requirements
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or comparable
- Sound technical expertise in the field of power quality, filters, capacitors, battery storage. Knowledge of high-voltage products is an advantage.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a sales environment (ideally for PQ products, capacitors, filters, battery storage or high-voltage products)
- Written and spoken Danish and English for confident communication with international plants and customers in Denmark
- Confident use of MS Office tools
