Repair & Maintenance Engineering Entry Professional

How you'll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for PLC programming, debugging, optimization, and on-site maintenance of automation equipment and production lines
2. You will independently complete electrical schematic design, wiring guidance, electrical cabinet assembly, and debugging
3. You will be responsible for debugging and communication configuration of peripheral devices such as touch screens (HMI), servos, frequency converters, and sensors
4. You will be familiar with common communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT, CANopen, complete the joint debugging of equipment and MES, establish a professional industrial wireless network for the company, set up the network structure for new factory equipment, and achieve remote monitoring
5. You will handle on-site equipment malfunctions, enhance equipment stability, production efficiency, and yield rate, compile debugging records, operation manuals, and technical documents, collaborate with project delivery and acceptance, establish program acceptance standards, archive work, and organize experimental equipment calibration and metrology.
6. You will collaborate with the production, mechanical, and process teams to complete equipment improvements and implement plans
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in electrical, automation and mechatronics engineering or related fields
2. With at least 3 years of practical project experience in PLC, HMI configuration, and Kingview programming projects
3. Have no less than 3 years of work experience in servo positioning, inverter debugging, and the application of commonly used sensors.
4. Have experience in cross-departmental cooperation in large companies, experience in joint debugging of MES host computers and building company equipment networks, experience in three-dimensional warehouse logistics systems/AGV programs, and it would be better if I have experience in ABB robot debugging
5. Proficient in at least one Siemens (200SMART/1200/1500) system, proficient in at least one Mitsubishi FQ series system, capable of programming in ST language, familiar with B&R systems.
6.Able to use CAD/EPLAN to draw electrical diagrams, capable of independently completing program and on-site debugging, strong practical ability, able to independently troubleshoot on-site electrical and program issues, holds a low-voltage electrician certificate.
