is essential. The candidate will Hitachi Energy is currently looking for a Maintenance supervisor for the Transformers Business to join their team in Vadodara, India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

The ability to multitask & delivers within timelines have excellent communications skills.
Mission Statement:• A Team Member who works within team of professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some semi-skilled employees and contractors.• Industrial engineering expertise in tooling, machinery and RE infrastructure& CAPEX budgeting.• Monitoring progress and performance against the Maintenance plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to achieve Maintenance KPIs. • Team strengthening with capacity enhancement & cater production demand in all three shifts• Collaborating with the production team to define maintenance plans of equipment for preventive and planned maintenance and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipmentYour Responsibilities:• Overseeing execution of Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive maintenance and Planned maintenance of equipment of transformers manufacturing production lines.

  • Managing and updating technical documentation of equipment. Solving major technical, equipment issues in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
  • Maintaining tools and repairing equipment for a good working order. Optimizing operational and energy in a sufficient manner.
  • Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
  • Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
  • Implementing health, safety and environment guidelines and directives to ensure the safety of people and resources.
  • Knowledge about electrical equipment drawings and their operation (Power &control circuit)
  • KPI - Machine availability, OEE, MTTR & MTBR, Energy management

  • Diploma /Degree in Electrical engineering .
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience of maintenance of Plant machinery of transformers manufacturing plant/Industrial engineering
  • Familiarity with Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems, vacuum pumps, EOT cranes, Drying ovens, Winding machines .
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate's eligibility.
