Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader to oversee and optimize operational performance across a designated region. This role involves comprehensive management of project deliverables, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from scope development through completion.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple project teams across the region, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement robust project management strategies and processes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all regional projects.
Define and refine project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Monitor, track, and report on key operational performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation within the region.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within all regional teams.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring transparency and successful project outcomes.
Oversee resource planning and allocation to effectively support current and future project demands.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in Deliverables Management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Extensive experience in Leading Project Teams, with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools, including a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
Demonstrated ability in Project Scope Development, including requirements gathering, definition, and management.
Exceptional Team Management skills, including performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, business, or project management field; Master's degree preferred.
PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
