Real Estate Specialists
The opportunity:
Real Estate Specialist is one of our support function areas. You will lead the facility project team in Thailand. Responsible for the facility management or supports the management of the organization's real estate activities including site location and acquisition, building and land acquisition and disposition, and space leasing. Arranges or assists with arranging the purchase or construction of facilities and/or negotiating the leases of facilities. Ensure proper documentation of lease or purchase transactions. Responsible for planning in regards to site locations and availability. Makes recommendations as appropriate for the disposal of properties. Maintains and manages relationships with outside vendors and consultants. May act as a community zoning committee liaison.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will perform real estate activities related to facility planning, maintenance, asset management.
- You will involve in Job duties include handling lease transactions, overseeing property management operations.
- You will be negotiating contracts & maintaining correct data in Real Estate system.
- You will perform Archibus (Real Estate system) management.
- You will involve in budget planning, management & follow thru the CAPEX projects if any.
- You will perform in SAP (Reiva) system from PR, GR and payment to vendor.

Your background:
- University degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5years working experience in project management & Basic Finance/accounting/budgeting.
- Proactive, good team player, high attention to detail and customer focus attribute.
- Able to multitasks and work with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
