• Support real estate planning and facility management activities.
• Execute assigned tasks to ensure efficient property service delivery.
• Apply real estate standards and procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of facility issues.
• Use SAP to manage and track real estate operations and data.
• Analyse facility performance and recommend improvement solutions.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports and presenting findings to management.

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate or facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
