The Real Estate & Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing both our Dudullu and Dilovası sites.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, organizational standards, administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. Safety Zero harm - (in conjunction with factory, RE and Country Health and Safety Managers) ensures that all activities led by Real Estate are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.
• Prepare and implement repair and maintenance plans, testing and inspection schedules to ensure the facility is operating safely and efficiently. Maximize the life of equipment, reduce risk of failure and meet statutory obligations. Ensure all facilities equipment and systems are in good condition and working correctly. Perform inspections and assign repair and maintenance work to internal or outsourced staff.
• Manage, improve, monitor, control and correct Integrated Facility Management- IFM operations. Increase quality and capacity of contractors and their employees. Not limited with technical- hard services but also soft services like cleaning, PEST control, reception management, security activities in line with company and hygiene standards.
• Ensure security solutions and services follow intracompany security standards.
• Ensure appropriate maintenance, inspection and testing activities are carried out and records kept for all fire detection, alarm, extinguishing, safety equipment and all related emergency systems.
• Energy efficiency in conjunction with the company sustainability guidelines and ensure all real estate facilities and services are managed and monitored to maximize energy efficiency of buildings and sites, makes assessments and recommend energy saving solutions.
• Implement projects within global project management guidelines in close cooperation with local business teams, factory managers, production managers to understand and satisfy their needs.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• University Degree from Engineering Departments, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Facility Management specifically within a production/factory environment, as well as having managed projects within the scope of Real Estate, is considered a strong plus.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills & Ability to work under pressure and multitask & Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
• Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English
