The opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled Tester to join our Patch Validation Team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing methodologies, Windows and Linux patch validation, and experience working with PGGA - AC products. In addition to testing responsibilities, this role requires the candidate to act as a Scrum Master, ensuring smooth Agile processes and team collaboration.
How you'll make an impact:
- To perform comprehensive testing of Windows and Linux patches to ensure quality and compliance.
- To validate patches for PGGA - AC products and document results accurately.
- To develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts where applicable.
- To collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Act as Scrum Master for the team: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and remove impediments for the team. Track and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals.
- To maintain clear documentation of testing processes and Agile practices and continuously improve testing strategies and Agile workflows.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Required bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in software testing, with strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience in patch validation and familiarity with PGGA - AC products.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment (Scrum certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
