How you'll make an impact
- You will lead HV Circuit Breaker design team on the product development for SF6 and EconiQ product portfolio.
- You will understand the role of design engineering and design lead in the R&D project.
- You will understand the process of product development and relevant tools/methods including DFMEA/DFM/DFA.
- You will be involved in DFA/DFM/DFMEA Mastery of relevant testing and standard during HV Circuit Breaker development.
- You will be working in dielectric design and optimization.
- You will be working overall support the project preparation, resource coordination and planning.
- You will be responsible for team member development and career mentoring.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.
- Minimum 5 years and above R&D Experience and includes 2 years of Circuit breaker development experience in key role.
- Familiar with surface treatment on different materials (aluminum, steel, copper etc.) and composite material; Basic knowledge of casting, welding, machining is requested.
- Solid knowledge on HV CB theory and development, deep understanding of the correlation between mechanical, insulation, switching, heat transfer performance, etc.
- Basic simulation competence (mechanical, dielectric, etc). Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.
- Strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed execution and show leadership.
- Proficient in English language with good oral, writing, listening skills.
