QA Inspection Technician for Winding and Active Part workshop_Power Transformer Factory

The opportunity:

Ensuring the quality of assigned production processes and coordinaing in resolving quality issues in a timely manner, meeting production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

How do you make impact:

• Perform quality inspection and monitoring at Winding and Active Part processes.
• Incoming material inspection
  
  
  • Check incoming materials according to QIC cards.
  • Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• In-process manufacturing:
  
  
  • Inspect winding processes.
  • Inspect coils during and after pressing completion.
  • Inspect Active Part core assembly according to QIC cards and drawings.
  • Verify basic process parameters.
  • Perform 100% inspection when required for special cases.
• Prepare inspection reports, including status updates and identified issues.
• Coordinate NCR (Non-Conformance Report) handling to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Use appropriate technical tools and measuring equipment to inspect and analyze product conditions.
• Comply with company safety regulations and safety requirements at assigned production areas.

• Graduate from a vocational school or college with a major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of transformers and power systems.
• Ability to use inspection and measuring tools and equipment.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
• Willing to conduct inspections outside normal working hours, including weekends.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer usage for work purposes (Windows 11, Microsoft Office, CAD, etc.).
