You will oversee quality assurance in assigned projects and orders across production, testing, and delivery, while supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in advanced quality activities. How you will make an impact
- Execute quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Manage product regulatory requirements and customer quality expectations, ensuring clear communication and integration into factory processes.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate product and process quality risks using systematic approaches like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
- Design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance product quality
- Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving and corrective actions.
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement control plans to monitor and maintain quality throughout production, driving continuous improvement.
- Promote a Zero-Defect Mindset by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of proactive error identification and resolution.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background •
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO).
- Proficiency in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organization.
