Quality Specialist

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Quality Specialist who plays a key role in upholding the highest standards of product and process quality, supporting operational excellence and reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and Hitachi's internal policies. You will conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments of products, processes, and suppliers to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement.
• You will investigate root causes of quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor their effectiveness.
• You will collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle, from design to delivery.
• You will analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and recommend data-driven improvements. You will develop and deliver quality training programs for employees to foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
• You will participate in the review and approval of product specifications, manufacturing procedures, and test plans to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
• You will stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies related to quality assurance.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing or technology-focused environment.
• Skilled in Lean6sigma, Problem solving (8D/DMAIC / Fishbone diagram), Data analysis, MS office & Power BI, Report & presentation, Logical thinking.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2025).
  Proven ability to conduct quality audits, root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA processes
• Certification in quality (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
• Proficiency in fluent in English.
