Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a Quality & Continuous Improvement (QCI) Specialist, you will support the local Service business by coordinating quality activities, responding to customer-quality issues by running robust problem-solving initiatives (RCAs) and helping drive continuous improvement using structured tools and processes. You will work closely with the Hub Quality & CI Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of Global or Hub Quality & CI strategies and standards.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will maintain the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification, leading root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinating corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- You will implement and monitor process indicators (KPIs) across the whole value chain, using tools to track performance, highlight deviations, and support internal and external audits through documentation and follow-up.
- You will promote a continuous improvement culture by supporting initiatives like Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste identification, while tracking results such as cost savings and efficiency gains.
- You will manage customer quality notifications to ensure transparency and trust, assist in evaluating risks and proposed solutions, and support customer visits or reviews related to quality topics.
- You will collaborate with the local LSU and Hub QCI Managers to align with global standards, while ensuring strict adherence to internal processes, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- You will support capability development by sharing best practices and coaching colleagues in quality tools and basic continuous improvement methods to drive organizational growth.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree relevant engineering studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing, service, or similar roles.
- Understanding of ISO9001 or other quality management systems; experience with audits. Qualification as Lead Auditor certified is extra advantage.
- Trained or Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt .
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods, problem-solving methodologies and project coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Keen leadership and strong drive to perform change management.
