It combines technical skills as well as soft skills for direct customer collaboration during Audits, what makes it super interesting and dynamic.

• Maintaining and improvement of existing robust QMS
• Process and documentation maintaining and improvement
• Monitoring process adherence and fostering implementation of monitoring tools
• Preparation of quality plans and project specific shop test programs
• Leading Audits (internal, customer and official bodies)
• Proactive identification of improvements areas with further leading of improvements projects
• Coaching other departments/functions with respect to product quality and quality processes
• Factory acceptance tests conduction

• Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems desirable
• Certified Quality Manager (including ISO 9001 and Lead auditor certification)
• Knowledge or experience with IEC and IEEE standards.-
• 5 + years experience in Quality Management
• Fluent German and English skills
• Experience in project management will be considered a plus
• Factory acceptance tests experience will be considered a plus
• Very good communication and cultural sensitivity
• Good system knowledge of the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as the EKAS guideline 6508 is a plus
