How you'll make an impact
- Lead the execution of service and project orders from start to finish
- Collaborate with sales during the quoting process to assess risks and ensure feasibility
- Manage documentation and scheduling using SAP and MSA tools
- Coordinate field service handoffs and confirm resource availability
- Communicate directly with customers on project updates, warranty issues, and energized-first orders
- Oversee logistics for parts, materials, and on-time delivery
- Guide field teams and contractors on GIS installations and turnkey projects
- Issue and manage change and return notifications for service and project orders
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of experience in project management, customer support, or contract order execution
- Strong knowledge of high voltage products and GIS installations
- Proficiency in SAP (CS and PS modules preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
