The Opportunity

As a Project Manager - Grid Components, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives within the Grid Components Business Unit, playing a central role in delivering projects that support reliable and efficient energy systems.
In this position, you will thrive at the intersection of technical delivery and collaboration, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle-from quote handoff through closeout-while acting as the primary connection between customers and project teams.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead multiple complex projects with defined goals, timelines, and outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage escalations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external teams
- Plan and manage scope, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Oversee documentation related to scope, financials, and risk management
- Manage project financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow
- Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and share learnings

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices and tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and contracts
- PMP certification preferred and willingness to travel up to 30%
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
