Project Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for HVDC to support and actively contribute to the execution and timely delivery of largescale electrical transmission and distribution projects, under a massive Program of Projects being implemented in the Netherlands. How you'll make an impact

• Contribute to lead the execution of multi-million-dollar EPC mega-projects, ensuring on-time and on budget completion
• Be an active player and strategic link to the local team and organization in the Netherlands, ensuring close contact with the Employer and the Authorities for any issue related to the execution and permits
• Provide strong, supportive leadership for a large global and diverse team, including engineers, sub-PMs and other specialists
• Foster a culture of safety, prioritizing health and quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively contribute to manage change, assess risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Build strong relationships, effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, local Authorities and business partners

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master of Science degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale EPC/turnkey projects in power, energy, industrial, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors
• Experience in power generation, transmission & distribution, or power conversion (HVDC, substations, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, effectively managing client and stakeholders relationships and subcontractor interactions
• Understand risk assessments, method statements, and project methodologies (PMP/PMI certification a plus)
