The opportunity
Join our Construction & Commissioning Business Transformation team to lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational change. In this role, you will act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping transformation projects that impact the future of our operations.
How you'll make an impact
- Represent C&C in transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication with management.
- Support C&C management with the definition and follow-up of the C&C targets, including the periodical reporting.
- Oversee and support multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Coordinate with executive sponsors, department leads, and external consultants for alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Identify and propose new initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Prepare and deliver reports and materials for HVDC, program management, and global C&C community meetings.
- Coordinate an efficient internal resource allocation and assign responsibilities across project teams.
- Facilitate change management processes to enable adoption of new systems and processes.
Your background
- Master's degree in science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
- Min. 3 years experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Business fluent in English
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- High adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
