The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle-from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you'll make an impact
1. You will make sure and enhance the customers' Satisfaction, feedback the customer's concern positively, and coordinate the communication between company and customers closely.
2. You will follow the project site schedule, control the project risk, and improve the project profit.
3. You will make sure the project KPI by excellent planning, supervising, controlling and be responsible for the factory acceptance test and manufacture supervisor from customers.

4. You will arrange the Site service with field sales service department, control account receivable and reduce overdue.

5. You will coordinate relative functions once problem occurs during project execution.

6. You will assist the financial department to evaluate the project risk, analyze the cost, control the cost.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering background and basic knowledge about power transformer or power products.

2. Required with more than 3 years of experience in project management, with good understanding of project analysis.

3. Good MS-Office software tools knowledge, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Project.

4. Project management certification is preferred.

5. Fluent in oral and writing communication skill in English and Chinese.
