Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced PMO Specialist to join our team and support project governance, communication, and change initiatives across a global IT organization.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leaders to improve project visibility, support decision-making, and help teams successfully adopt new ways of working. You will contribute to project reporting, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives that support business transformation.

How you'll make an impact

• You maintain project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
• You coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
• You prepare project updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• You support change initiatives through communication, training, and adoption activities.
• You promote PMO standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
• You monitor key metrics and provide insights that support informed decisions.
• You work with stakeholders across the business to build alignment and engagement.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, and change initiatives.
• Experience preparing presentations, communications, and management reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and delivering communication, training, or adoption activities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
