We are looking for a "Project Management Engineering" to oversee and drive the successful execution of complex engineering projects. This role involves managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our Dudullu factory with below qualifications;
How you will make an impact:
- Analyze project specifications and take responsibility for all substation design, calculation, and documentation (Base design, Detail Design, "As Built", etc. up to project close-out) as per project specific Division of Work (DOW). Highlight, discuss and agree with OPM/PM on all technical matters with commercial impact. Take care of technical problems handled and solved.
- In tender phase develop technical concept and contribute to supplier setup. Provide technical queries to client and tender documentation, list of deviations and as well as estimation of engineering cost and BOQ for material as per DOW.
Lead and manage all phases of engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, schedules, budgets, resource allocation and closure. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges regularly to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other specialists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to identify lessons learned and improve future project execution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes within the organization.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communications or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within an engineering or technical environment. Successful completion of several sub-station projects as design engineer or equivalent.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively including strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management/engineering software.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. Experience with engineering software's such as DigSILENT, ETAP, and CYMGRD is a plus. Hitachi products or technologies is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
