Project Analyst

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be supporting LSU Controller and Operations in Data Analysis & Reporting. You will collect and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables. You will be preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders and will share responsibilities with operations for project reviewing every month.

How you'll make an impact

• Monitoring the cost is properly planned for the project as per FCM. HV&GI projects via cockpit.
• Performing analysis of actual vs budget together with forecast and propose improvement actions
• Maintaining revenue plan overall PGSV matching with SAP OBL
• Maintaining proper documentation in SharePoint for GRCM
• Monitoring the cash collection progress by weekly meeting
• Actively participating in month end closing Activities (28th-7th every month)
• Monitoring cost center postings
• Familiarizing the company tools for reporting
• Participating in team Meetings across the value chain
• Participating in yearly audits coordinating with finance team.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting.
• 1-2 Years of Experience.
• Having good knowledge in MS Office
• Have good presentation Skills, analytical Thinking, communication skills and time management.
• Expertise in Power BI.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
