Production Supervisor

Your background
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, associate degree with 4+ years, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with lean and Six Sigma exposure
- Strong understanding of production planning and team accountability practices
- Familiarity with material planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Effective communication skills and experience with workforce/timekeeping systems
