How you'll make an impact

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecast and inventory levels,
• Serve as primary point of contact between production, order fulfillment, warehouse and logistics regarding production planning and scheduling,
• Determine resource requirements including labor, materials and equipment to meet production goals and ensure that all resources are available and allocated efficiently,
• Assess production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks. Develop plans to address capacity constraints and ensure smooth production flow,
• Analyze production performance metrics to identify trends, variances and areas for improvement,
• Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, production delays or material delays and inform relevant stakeholders,
• Develop collaborative environment for the optimum process execution within the factory to improve customer on time delivery & Prepare related periodic reports and perform standard & ad hoc analysis,
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering),
• Min 2 years of experience in planning functions,
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP, Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent communication, analytical and follow-up skills,
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach,
• Proficiency in both written and verbal Turkish & English language.
