We are looking for a Production Engineering Manager to lead and develop our industrial engineering capability within HV Surge Arresters in Ludvika.

This is more than a leadership role-you will act as a system architect for our production, driving flow, digitalization, and performance in a highly specialized manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in:
- Building safe, stable, and efficient production processes
- Reducing lead time and improving flow across the value stream
- Strengthening quality, productivity, and sustainability
- Enabling data-driven decision making in production
- Supporting growth and industrialization of future products
What you will do
- Lead and develop the Production Engineering team
- Close collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Product Management, and Supply Chain
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean transformation (OEE, TPT, scrap, flow)
- Own the industrialization of new products and process changes
- Ensure robust processes through PFMEA, control plans, and standards
- Drive capex projects and production upgrades
- Build a digital roadmap for smarter, more transparent manufacturing
- Strengthen competence through training and structured ways of working
Who you are
- A strong leader with experience in manufacturing / industrial engineering
- Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and digital tools
- Structured, hands-on, and able to translate strategy into execution
- A people developer who builds engagement and capability
