Production Engineer - Bushing Production

This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the shop floor-leading production teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. You'll work cross-functionally with planning, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to continuously improve processes, strengthen performance, and support sustainable growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Champion a zero-accident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
- Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets
- Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals
- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output across assigned lines
- Analyze production data and drive performance improvements
- Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives
- Resolve critical production, technical, or equipment issues
- Guide, motivate, and develop production team members
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts
- Production and material planning experience
- Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems
