Product Specialist work focuses on ensuring that products meet customer needs and suggesting ap-propriate products, services and/or solutions, plan-ning, developing, and delivering the marketing strate-gy for products/services and associated brand(s).
How you'll make an impact:
• Working with the Salesforce.com, complete end-to-end flux activity (opportunities register and complete follow-up)
• Covering end-to-end all stages of all 400/220/110kV voltage level tender, starting with the "GO" decision to handover
• Calculations for budgetary/firm offers (LRR, transport evaluation, included services, performance bonds, risk evaluation, including negotiation with the suppliers)
• Participating in the meetings with client for technical and commercial clarifications
• Build the Architecture related to the Control and Protection System specific to all the voltage laves 400/220/110 kV Substations
• Handling relation with factories and customers
• Customer meetings
• Events participation
• Bid/no bid discussions
• Handing over tendering process
• Technical support during project execution
• Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers
• Understands customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
• Works independently with general supervision
• Fully responsibility for Grid Automation portfolio
• Keep the market development trend in Grid Automation
• Identifying potential risks in quotes

• Understanding commercial terms and conditions, Incoterms, etc.
• Find technical solutions which are responding to client needs
• Preparation of complete technical and commercial proposals using Hitachi Energy products and services, in an efficient and timely manner, depending on the requests for proposals, as well as tender/specification deadlines
Your background:
• University degree in Energy/Power Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of experience working with Grid Automation products
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills and strong team spirit
• Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results
• Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills
• Seriousness and accountability
