The opportunity
We are looking for a structured, driven, and collaborative Product Implementation Manager to lead the introduction, upgrade, and phase-out of products within our Surge Arrester factory. In this role, you will manage cross-functional implementation projects across the entire value chain-working closely with Sales, R&D, Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, and our Global Product Management organization.
You will report to the Local Product Manager and work in close partnership with Global Product Management stakeholders. As our business grows and we invest to meet increasing market demand, you will join a team on an exciting improvement journey where initiative, innovation, and ownership are highly encouraged.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage product implementation projects in a structured and efficient way, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with requirements.
- Collaborate across the full value chain, partnering with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Industrial Engineering, and R&D.
- Communication and progress reporting to key stakeholders, including the R&D Project Manager, Local Product Manager, Local management team, and Global Product Group (GPG).
- Gain a strong end-to-end understanding of the value chain and product lifecycle, from concept to industrialization to discontinuation.
- Work closely with technical experts, giving you the opportunity to deep-dive into our Surge Arrester technologies and product portfolio.

Your background
- You hold an engineering degree or have relevant technical/industrial experience.
- You are a strong team player with a genuine interest in understanding our products, processes, and business.
- You communicate clearly, motivate others, and drive activities toward results.
- Prior experience in project management is beneficial, but strong potential and drive are equally valued.
- You are proficient in Swedish and English, enabling effective communication across departments and international teams.
