How you'll make an impact

• You develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• You manage the full sourcing process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation.
• You identify and qualify new suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance standards.
• You analyze spend and market trends to find cost-saving opportunities.
• You collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• You negotiate pricing and terms to deliver best value.
• You monitor supplier performance and manage risks.
• You improve processes using procurement tools and systems.
• You stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your background

• You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• You bring 5-7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• You have experience working in multinational environments.
• You demonstrate strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are proficient in SAP, Ariba, or similar tools, plus MS Office.
• You communicate effectively and manage stakeholders confidently.
• You are fluent in English.
