Who Can Apply?
- Undergraduate students who expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028 in relevant engineering fields (3rd or 4th grade students)
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week
- Able to communicate in English and Turkish in advance level
- Eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us
How you will make impact:
- Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues within the Trainee community and contribute to the energy transition
- Participation in trainings to improve personal and technical skills
- Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor
- Ensure effective communication within the Transformers and the other internal customers to identify and discuss issues, make suggestions for improving operations, quality of work, and efficiency.
