Process Engineer - Global Standardization

The opportunity

As a Process Engineering Specialist, you'll analyze operations, develop smart and efficient procedures, and partner closely with groups such as HSE, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and Test. You'll play a critical role in advancing the successful roll-out of Global Product Group (GPG) standard products and processes-enhancing flow, efficiency, and performance across the operation.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact

• Monitor and assess the overall health of GPG standard processes.
• Analyze and improve production flow, operator movement, and area layout.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work.
• Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out improvement projects.
• Collaborate across HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
• Troubleshoot issues while balancing urgency with safety and quality requirements.
• Use software tools to conduct analyses, prepare reports, and support engineering activities.

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with production or manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to analyze data using standard engineering and computer tools.
• Strong communication skills for working across departments.
• Ability to resolve routine technical problems using sound engineering judgment.
