Process Engineer

Construction Management Office leads worldwide construction activities ahead of project handover to Construction & Commissioning, establishing standards, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple regions.

The mission is to lead the C&C CMO department globally within HVDC, ensuring that the department's processes, knowledge and skills will provide the projects with the necessary resources and tools, to allow for a cost-effective execution in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.

A Process Engineer will analyze and optimize HVDC Construction and Commissioning processes in ADONIS to improve efficiency and increase quality. This includes process designing, troubleshooting, process analysis, process documentation, quality control and C&C management. In this role you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop, optimize, and improve C&C processes in ADONIS to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Monitor and analyze C&C processes, identify trends, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process activities.
  • Lead process validation activities, including execution and documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, or similar).
  • Several years of experience as a process engineer.
  • Proficient in process analysis, modelling, statistical analysis, and simulation software; experience with ADONIS or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
