The Opportunity:
We are part of finance department located in CSS Kraków. Partner Master Data Team is responsible for maintaining Customer & Vendor database.
To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for Partner Master Data Specialist. The role focuses on taking care of data quality for master data records and providing support to stakeholders.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Verifying and correcting requests in MDG system
- Being responsible for Master Data records: you ensure that Customer and Vendor accounts are maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility,
- Taking care of high quality of processed master data requests;
- Daily monitoring of ServiceNow tickets;
- Providing support and training for stakeholders;
- Creating reports that include Business Part records from SAP system
Your Background:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance combined with understanding of Master Data
- User knowledge of SAP S4, MDG systems
- Previous experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company is a strong plus
- Proficient in business English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills, exposure to accounting tools is a strong plus
- Customer service orientation and attention to details
