Operations Quality Manager

The opportunity

For our Feeder Factory High Voltage based in Sevlievo we are looking for an Operations Quality Manager for Local Control Cubicles production line who will focus on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for our product and processes.

How you'll make an impact:

• In charge of the Operations Quality team (17 people), the development of daily operational assistance activities and other corporate functions for quality issue cases;
• In charge of the team's efficiency and continuous improvements including data processing, methods and reporting methodology;
• Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product;
• Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products;
• Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods;
• Manage and plan the skills and the development of team members;

• Master's degree and above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related area;
• 5+ years of working Experience;
• Structure thinking, team-work, result oriented;
• Strong management and people management experience, be able to handle high work pressure and multi-task;
• Excellent ability to relate with different organizational level from blue collar to top management;
• L6S Green Belt or above is preferred;
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
