How you'll make an impact
- Lead and develop engineering teams across specialized disciplines.
- Drive engineering strategy aligned with product line and business goals.
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, and execution of engineering activities.
- Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as escalation point for complex technical and systemic issues.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve critical technical matters and strengthen partnerships.
- Guide capability building through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Promote operational excellence in safety, productivity, and quality.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in an engineering leadership or management role.
- Knowledge of power transformers or related technologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage complex projects.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
