Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you'll make an impact
- You will be responsible for maintenance, enhancement and development of the factory's dry-type transformer automation design platform, including 3D modeling and 2D drawing.
- You will get deep understanding of mechanical design for dry-type transformer standard products.
- You will provide timely troubleshooting and comprehensive support to mechanical design teams for design related issues.
- You will collaborate closely with global mechanical design platform team, actively communicate feedback and strategic requirements.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment industry.
- Passionate about manufacturing industry with strong enthusiasm for technology and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in at least one 3D design software (Creo, NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.); knowledge of parametric design is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; basic programming knowledge required (hands-on project experience preferred), with strong willingness to enhance programming skills.
- Self-motivated learner with analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities with excellent project and time management skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
