How you'll make an impact

1. You will ensure timely delivery according to customer's delivery date, production capacity, and supplier's material supply etc. Timely tracking of the materials, and the actual production situation of the workshop, customer order changes, and in the process of implementation of the process, accurate and timely discovery of the problem.

2. You will be responsible for maintenance of inventory controls and administration of inventory reduction programs and manage the planning & purchasing procedure to ensure good controlling in the daily operation, including on time product delivery to customers and inventory controlling.

3. You will drive the material management performance by utilizing continuous improvement measurements and actions to fulfill the customer needs in proactive way and forecast BOM/purchasing processing optimization, transfer forecast to suppliers/GBS and make sure the material just-in-time, also improve material planning reliability and forecasting.

4. You will material ATP check within 2 working days for the urgent inquiry, new material follow-up and EDN/Workflow follow-up also streamlining the process for setting, reviewing and optimizing MRP parameters covering all material types and vendors using either ABC/XYZ or demand + variability thresholds. (MRP Monitor + Inventory Cockpit).

5. You will support in appraisal and optimization of purchasing strategies, analysis of slow-moving stocks with preventive actions and setting up scraping processes or recycling left over stocks. Open PO aging analysis also SAP key user.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree.

2. Material planning related experience in plant, office tools (word, excel, etc.) skill, SAP operation experience. Good at SAP PP module.

3. Familiarity with statistics and analysis of data.

4. Good at team work and Collaboration with International team.

5. Strong learning ability, Good analytical skills, high efficiency.
