• 担当するお客様に足繁く通い、対話を通じてお客様の経営課題を深く理解する
• お客様を訪問する前に、市場分析およびお客様の経営課題についての分析は完了する
• お客様の真のニーズと要求事項に適した提案書を作りあげる
• お客様および商流における関係者との良好な人間関係を開拓し維持する
• 建設的な対話と交渉を通じて、お客様およびすべてのステークホルダーにとってwin-winとなる解決策を導き出す
• 組織の経営目標および個人の目標・達成指標を達成する強い責任感を持つ
• 仕組みづくりやその改善を提言し、組織運営やチームがより多くの成果を発揮できるよう貢献する

■応募要件

• 学士号以上
• 英語および日本語でのコミュニケーション力（その他の言語ができれば尚可）
• 好奇心

■Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and deeply understand customers' pain points through frequent customers visit,
• Complete market analysis and customers' pain points analysis before customers visit,
• Develop proposals which fit for customers' true needs and requirements,
• Develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels,
• Find a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations,
• Maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs, and
• Develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team

■Your background:

• Degree/master's required: Bachelor or above
• Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage
