The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you'll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for participating in the overall coordination of production plans to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of production also will be responsible for participating in the resource coordination and progress control of all production links to ensure that production goals are achieved as scheduled.

2. You will be responsible for the overall planning of full-scenario blue-collar training such as special trades and on-the-job skills, tracking the plan and its implementation to ensure compliance and coverage also will be responsible for the application, review and certificate management of special trade qualifications to ensure 100% compliant on-the-job work.

3. You will be responsible for participating in the entire recruitment process of blue-collar positions, formulating recruitment plans, expanding channels such as school-enterprise cooperation and labor markets, and ensuring that personnel arrive at their posts in a timely manner.

4. You will be responsible for contacting departments such as production, workshops and safety, synchronizing the progress of relevant work content, and solving cross-departmental collaboration problems, also will be responsible for communicating with blue-collar employees, collecting their needs and feedback, building a communication bridge, and supporting the maintenance of employee relations.

5. You will be responsible for maintaining ledgers such as training and recruitment files, and standardizing data management also will be responsible for completing other related work assigned by manager.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
