How You'll Make an Impact
- Monitor progress and ensure quality and schedule compliance.
- Develop work instructions, job aids, and standard work.
- Write technical specifications for equipment procurement.
- Design tools and equipment to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot issues in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Maintain and analyze process recipes across digital platforms.
- Compile data, prepare reports, and create presentation graphics.
- Lead Kaizen and Process Excellence events using Lean methodology.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve routine issues.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
