How you'll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for equipment, property facilities and jigs maintenance and improvement, on-site construction supervision and management. Ensure the equipment operates stably and efficiently, reducing downtime losses.

2. You ensure your support in the formulation of the preventive maintenance and inspection plan for equipment, release of documents, implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement.

3. You will be responsible for coordinating equipment maintenance work, performing inspections, routine checks, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment, promptly identifying and eliminating potential hazards, and continuously improving when encountering various issues.

4. You will be responsible for the daily inspection and three level maintenance of general production equipment such as cranes and forklifts, quickly diagnosing faults, performing repairs or replacing parts, and ensuring stable production operations.

5. You will analyze the cause of the failure, create a maintenance report and improvement recommendations, and reduce recurring failures.

6. You support in spare parts management: ledger establishment, warehouse management, inventory, spare parts procurement, warehouse location management. Strictly follow electrical safety operating procedures and relevant national standards (such as GB, IEC, etc.).

7. You conduct regular safety inspections of electrical equipment and promptly rectify any safety hazards. Prepare and update technical documents such as electrical maintenance records, inspection lists, and operating procedures also provide training to operators on the safe use and basic maintenance of electrical equipment.

8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Electrical or Mechanical Design.

2. Over 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and management. Equipment management, L6S( Better if GB)

3. A low-voltage electrician operation certificate (special operations work permit) is a mandatory requirement for the job. Positions involving high-voltage electricity or maintenance electricians may require higher-level qualifications.

4. Possesses strong fault diagnosis and root cause analysis skills, able to independently develop and implement solutions. Familiar with commonly used office software, Fluent in English writing & speaking

5. Highly proactive, self-motivated, able to complete tasks on time and with quality, optimistic, and able to quickly adapt to new environments.
