How you'll make an impact

1. You will accurately and timely review contracts and orders, organize and complete contract reviews, and carry out relevant work during the contract execution process such as shipment invoicing, contract archiving, and payment collection.

2. You will complete department related KPI indicators, including shipment, collection, and finished product inventory management.

3. You will be responsible for coordinating work related to customer FAT.

4. You will host the kickoff meeting for ultra-high voltage projects, major projects, and Australian projects, and conducted cost analysis for major projects.

5. You will complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation is preferred.

2. At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in high-voltage electrical design or with certain electrical knowledge is preferred.

3. Familiar with the principles and manufacturing knowledge of high-voltage transformers and isolating switches; Understand relevant technical and manufacturing standards, design processes, manufacturing techniques, equipment and facility conditions, supplier review procedures, and possess certain professional knowledge.

4. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems and be able to handle work issues within the scope of this profession. Have the necessary knowledge of quality, safety, and environment for the position.

5. Proficient in using office software, proficient as a user of ERP systems and MS Office applications.

6. A high level of confidentiality awareness. Open mindedness, hardworking, diligent and eager to learn. Has good communication skills and teamwork spirit, self-motivated, adaptable thinking, excellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilities, customer-oriented and good information processing skills, result oriented, global awareness, and forward-looking.

7. Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English, and possess a certain level of knowledge in electrical engineering.
